How It Works

Terms and Conditions.

1. 30 days start counting 24hrs after confirmation of payment.
2. 30 days mean 30 working days, weekends do not count as part of 30 days
3. 100% payment is required before your project commences
4. The client will sign a contract agreement and receive a project summary
5. The client has a right to 2 website reviews before the official handover
6. The client has 48hrs to provide all required website assets including brand bible, marketing materials, social media links, contact details, all required links & content agreed)
7. All website assets will be added over to the ownership of the client by email
8. Working hours are 8am-6pm Mon-Fri through email and WhatsApp

11. The client is entitled to a refund within 7 days only, excluding the cost of assets already purchased, and the degree of work done on the website and is limited to 40% of the total agreed sum of the project.
12. The project summary will be adhered to strictly and added requirements will come at an extra feed and extra time depending on the scope of work.
13. All bespoke requirements outside the Mega Website Deal will incur extra fees and time.
14. CEOVIP will store the client's data & assets for only 30days after the official handover, after which all client data & assets will be deleted for security and privacy.
15. Further monthly maintenance after the official handover has a starting prie of 100k monthly.
16. The client is entitled to a 30-minute free business strategy session within the stipulated 30 working days of the project. Further sessions will be at a starting price of 4 sessions for N250,000.
17. The hosting and domain are valid for 1year.
18. CEOVIP retains the right to use generated images for other projects as the company deems fit.
19. The clients have no exclusive rights to the Artificial intelligence-generated images on the website
