Step-by-Step Process

 1. Information & Onboarding – We explain the Luxembourg job market, the available warehouse/logistics roles, and the relocation process.

 2. Europass CV Requirement – Applicants must

have an Europass CV.

 3. Application Submission – Once your Europass CV is submitted to us, our team begins applying to warehouse and logistics companies in Luxembourg on your behalf. We are already working with some companies who are looking for candidates from overseas and what you need is for us to help you reach out to them and submit your applications. 

 4. Employer Follow-Up – We continuously follow up with employers and recruiters to increase the chances of getting interview invitations.

 5. Interview Guidance – If an employer shows interest or accepts you, we guide you on the next steps and interview preparation.

 6. Offer & Relocation Guidance – If successful, we provide guidance on the next stage of the relocation and visa process.

Application Duration

The application process runs for four (4) months (3 applications weekly), during which our team will submit applications and follow up with employers consistently to improve the chances of securing interviews and a job offer.

Terms and Conditions – Luxembourg Job Application Support Service

These Terms and Conditions govern the job application support service provided by our team for individuals interested in applying for warehouse and logistics jobs in Luxembourg.

1. Nature of the Service

Our team provides guidance and job application support to individuals seeking employment opportunities in Luxembourg. This includes identifying relevant job openings, submitting applications to employers, and following up with employers where possible. We do not act as an employer or immigration authority.

2. Application Duration

The job application service runs for a period of four (4) months from the date the application process begins. During this period, our team will submit applications and follow up with employers to increase the chances of receiving interview invitations.

3. Service Fee

The service fee for applicants based in Nigeria is ₦500,000. This fee covers the job search, application submissions, and follow-up activities for the four-month period. The fee is non-refundable once the process has commenced, as it covers the time and administrative work involved in applying to multiple employers.

5. Applicant Responsibilities

Applicants must:

• Provide a valid international passport.
• Provide an accurate and up-to-date Europass CV.
• Respond promptly to interview requests or employer communications.
• Be genuinely willing and able to relocate to Luxembourg if successful.

Failure to provide correct information or required documents may delay or affect the application process.

6. While our team will apply to multiple companies and follow up with employers, we do not guarantee job placement or visa approval. Hiring decisions are made solely by the employers.

7. Interview and Employer Decisions

If an employer expresses interest in an applicant, the applicant will be responsible for attending interviews and completing any further steps required by the employer.

8. Visa and Relocation

Visa issuance and relocation approval are determined by the relevant immigration authorities and employers. Our service provides guidance but does not guarantee visa approval.

9. Professional Conduct

Applicants are expected to maintain professional communication and cooperation throughout the application process.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with the service and making payment, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Application Submission Evidence

Please note that not all companies send automatic confirmation emails after a job application has been submitted. As part of our process, screenshots of submitted applications will be shared with the applicant as evidence that the application has been successfully completed. This serves as confirmation that the application has been submitted on the applicant’s behalf.
