• Standing out in a crowded market

• Taking payments from clients in the UK, abroad and Africa

• The sales behind selling, and sales psychology

• Turning DMs, comments and calls into clients

• Email marketing and building your marketing list

Week 3: Set up and scale (21 and 22 Nov)

Saturday is Community Day: • Skool vs Nestuge: choosing the right home for your community

• Setting up your community, classroom and courses

• Getting your first members in

Sunday: • Building your offer ladder: how coaching programmes, mentorships, webinars, digital products and group trainings fit together
