This private 60-minute consultation is for individuals, creators, founders, and businesses who need focused preliminary legal guidance concerning a transaction, agreement, business decision, or other legal matter.

During the session, we will:

• Discuss the facts and circumstances of your matter

• Identify the key legal and commercial issues

• Clarify your immediate options and potential risks

• Determine the relevant documents or information required

• Outline practical next steps

This consultation is suitable for matters involving contracts, property transactions, business arrangements, startups, creative projects, and other general legal concerns within my area of competence.

WHAT YOUR PAYMENT COVERS

Your payment covers one confidential 60-minute Google Meet consultation and preliminary oral guidance based on the information you provide.

Contract drafting, document review, written legal opinions, searches, negotiations, regulatory filings, representation, and other substantive legal work are not included. Where further work is required, you will receive a separate scope, professional fee, and timeline.

BEFORE BOOKING

You will be required to provide a brief description of your matter and the full names of the parties involved for a conflict check. Please do not submit confidential documents through the initial booking form. Relevant documents may be requested separately after your booking has been reviewed.

BOOKING POLICY

• Full payment is required to confirm your appointment.

• You may reschedule once by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable.

• Arriving late will not extend the scheduled end time.

• The consultation does not include unlimited follow-up questions.

• A consultation does not automatically create an ongoing lawyer-client retainer.

• Where a conflict of interest or another professional issue prevents the consultation from proceeding, the booking will be declined and the consultation payment refunded.

After payment, you will select an available appointment and receive the Google Meet details.
