THE MANDATE

The term "mandate" refers to an official order, instruction, or command issued by a person or authority, often with the expectation that it will be followed or carried out. A mandate can come from various sources, such as governments, organizations, institutions, or individuals in positions of authority.

Mandate is an obligation that is set aside to be accomplished. In other words, a command established to be executed. The word “Mandate” can be separated into two, which means man and date, that is, man has a duty to fulfill, there’s a date he needs to fix, he needs to accomplish, and he must do it.
