Pre-Order Terms & Conditions (Draft for T&C Section)

1. Pre-Order Acknowledgment

By placing a pre-order for GM1000, you acknowledge that:

• This is a pre-order of a product that is not yet in full production.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may change due to manufacturing or logistics factors.
• Pre-order payment secures your spot in the production queue but does not guarantee immediate shipment.

2. Pricing & Subscription

• Early-bird pre-order price: ₦65,000 per unit, includes 1-year warranty with conditions*.
• After the first 1,000 units, the unit price will drop to ₦35,000, subscription sold separately.
• Buyers are responsible for delivery/shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

3. Estimated Shipping & Delays

• Estimated shipping date will be provided at checkout.
• Manufacturing or shipping delays may occur due to supplier, customs, or logistical issues.
• Burdva Limited will notify pre-order customers of any delays promptly via email or WhatsApp.
• Customers acknowledge that delivery may be delayed beyond the estimated date, and no additional compensation is guaranteed for such delays.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Pre-order payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Burdva Limited cannot deliver the product within a reasonable time frame (e.g., >180 days beyond estimated shipping).
• Customers may cancel pre-orders within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Refund requests after 48 hours will be handled at Burdva Limited’s discretion.

5. Subscription Terms

• Only available for users that enables the GoMetr Managed delivery.
• Early-bird pre-order includes a free 1-year subscription starting from the shipment date.
• Subscription service is limited to one unit per pre-order.
• After the two years, the subscription may be renewed at ₦12,000/year.
• Burdva Limited reserves the right to modify subscription services but will notify customers in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Burdva Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including business downtime, lost revenue, or other damages resulting from delayed shipment.
• The company’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the pre-ordered unit.

7. Updates & Communication

• Customers will receive regular updates on manufacturing, shipment, and subscription status.
• All official updates will be communicated via email, phone call or WhatsApp only.

8. Acceptance

By completing a pre-order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• All disputes will be handled under Nigerian law, Lagos jurisdiction.
