Trumpetry and Other Poems
The poems in the book cuts across the themes of global love, peace, truth, compassion, bravery, condemnation of banditry, hypocrisy and terrorism etc, It contains a total of 77 poems written by 16 poets of both African and American continents origin. Each of the writers speak with their own unique voice as males and females, giving the collection a deep blend of philosophical depth about different shades of human behavior, the environment they live in, and the way they relate with fellow humans.
The role America has been playing in maintaining peace cannot be underestimated by lovers of peace and mankind development. Some critics may disagree with some of the poets point of view, but the anthology is a significant milestone that shows appreciative poets support to President Trump and his commendable administration's efforts in curbing religious extremists inhuman actions worldwide.
