HOW TO GATHER SOULS

If you are really doing the work of shepherding according to the job description God has given for it, you will gather souls. Gathering is the first work of a shepherd. Before you can

fulfil any of the other four duties of a shepherd (Isaiah 40:11), you would have to have first gathered souls. You cannot feed souls if you do not gather them. You cannot care for souls if you do not gather them. You cannot lead souls if you do not gather them.
