Thinking effectively is a significant challenge today, especially in the current world flooded with information through media and social networks. Often, people lose sight of the fact that those working in the media rely on psychological research. They understand what types of news are exciting and evoke emotions, whether it’s thrilling, sad, or comforting news. Moreover, the existing education system has failed to provide sufficient guidance on how to think effectively to understand oneself and navigate one’s environment. There has been an abundance of articles and teachings on entrepreneurship and money-making strategies, but frequently, individuals, upon acquiring such knowledge, lack the confidence and ability to take action and move forward. Based on this foundation, I have decided to write this book meticulously, explaining principles that can help individuals gain confidence, understand natural strengths and how to utilize them, live well with others, and how to tap into their inner resources - the “mine” within their minds - to bring about necessary changes. The aim is to make people aware and capable of solving challenges facing them and surrounding their communities and the world at large.
