How to Open and Use the Time Accountability Challenge Spreadsheet (Google Sheets)


Follow these simple steps carefully:


Step 1: Open Google Sheets

• Open any web browser on your device (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)

• In the search bar, type Google Sheets

• Click on Google Sheets – Free Online Spreadsheet

(or go directly to: sheets.google.com)

• Sign in with your Gmail account

• If you don’t have one, create a Gmail account first


Step 2: Create a Blank Spreadsheet

• Once Google Sheets opens, you will see a dashboard

• Click on Blank to open a new empty spreadsheet


Step 3: Upload the Time Accountability Spreadsheet

• At the top-left corner, click File

• From the dropdown menu, click Open

• A new window will appear

• Click on the Upload tab

• Click Browse

• Select the spreadsheet file you downloaded to your device

• Click Open


Step 4: Start Using the Spreadsheet

• Google Sheets will automatically open the uploaded file

• All formulas and calculations are already set up

• You can now:

• Enter your daily time data

• View automatic summaries and insights

• Track your progress without editing formulas


✅ Important Notes

• Do not delete or edit cells that contain formulas

• Always use Google Sheets (not Excel) for best results

• Your changes are saved automatically
