SERVICE: THE LIFTER OF MEN

It is a mystery that men can be lifted beyond normal in this kingdom. A man’s life can change over-night through service and people will stand and watch in awe. Life generally is about service that is why Jesus said in Mark 9:35, “… If any man has the desire to be first, he will be last of all and servant of all” (BBE).

The first position is achieved through work, that’s service. This is the kingdom principle. If you want to lead, you must learn the ways of service first. Sadly, this principle is not given preference to in our generation. We see men and women canvasing for positions of power they cannot manage; when they finally succeeded, they complain about their predecessors till their tenure expires.

The bible says in Ecclesiastes 10:5, “Fools are put in in many high positions, while the rich occupy the low ones” NLT
