POLICY ON REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION 

•Clarity Call sessions that have been booked and paid for are non- refundable.

• If a session is planned for a given time/day and the client does not show up, the session is considered completed unless a notification to postpone was communicated at least 48 hours in advance, in which case a new date will be booked.

• Absence on the new scheduled date will be deemed a completed session, with full payment necessary to reschedule.
