
Post–Rehabilitation Counseling
(A) Who its for?
1. Persons undergoing or, who have completed non–institutionalized substance abuse rehabilitation.
2. Persons who have completed institutionalized substance abuse rehabilitation.
3. Persons 15 years and older.
4. Persons who have completed serving prison time, or who's awaiting trial status has been reviewed to 'discharge'.
5. Persons who have completed rehabilitation after being vulnerable to violence, and issues around human trafficking.
(B) What will this counseling do for participant ?
1. Support client to develop and establish helpful coping habits.
2. Guided and helpful introspection.
3. Core values inquiry, clarification and Versus.
4. Goal setting and clarifying the authenticity of set goals.
5. Action planning.
6. Participants would be supported on their journey as they re–integrate to family and society.
7. Participants would be supported on their journey to becoming self managers as they go in pursuit of goals as related to family, work and society.
8. Any arising issues around impostor syndrome would be explored and addressed.
(C) How long will it last ?
This program will be an average of 12 sessions.
