UNCOVER GREATNESS

The book “Uncover Greatness” by Pastor Kennedy C. Uzoma, is a mind-blowing revelation of how the term “greatness” should be rightly interpreted biblically. I have known Pastor Uzoma to be a seasoned Preacher and teacher of the rightly divided Word of God and his passion for writing is highly phenomenal.

In chapter 1, he clearly explained the real meaning of greatness, which starts from the moment you are set free from identity crisis, by knowing who you are in Christ, having the understanding that He lives in you and that you are operating in the domain of Christ. This gives you that inner energy to do greater works and engage in fruitful labour. It is indeed a great privilege to be a carrier of Christ Jesus.

The author further elucidates in Chapter 2 about spiritual growth, which fundamentally is a function of how much you constantly expose yourself, especially your mind to the revealed knowledge of God’s Word in Christ. This will shield you from various forms of satanic manipulations.

 Chapter 3 is a sequel to Chapter 2 in the sense that as you constantly expose yourself to the knowledge of God’s rightly divided Word found only in Christ, this makes God’s Love abound in your heart and helps you to always obey God’s commands.

In chapter 4, the author helps to establish further on how a believer can derive strength for greater works in Christ. This strength gives you the ability to love perishing souls and to reach out to them for greater harvest. This strength is made possible by the Holy Spirit.

And finally in Chapter 5, the author emphasizes the importance of diligence, which is reflected in how much a believer can persevere and be consistent in seeking to do God’s will for greater harvest. The author further stressed that our diligence must be a reflection of God’s wisdom. Prayer is also an important ingredient that the author accentuated in this chapter. This gives every believer the courage for what lies ahead and helps us position ourselves for God’s favour.

This is a book I will recommend as a must read for everyone who wants to start or keep on doing greater works for God in Christ, because “In Christ” is the only metric to measure true greatness that has and gives eternal benefits.
