1. Small Companies (Annual Turnover: Below ₦25 Million)

Annual Retainership Fee: From ₦500,000

Scope of Services Includes:

• Preparation and/or review of annual financial statements

2. Medium Companies (Annual Turnover: ₦25 Million – ₦100 Million)

Annual Retainership Fee: Based on scope and complexity

Annual Retainership Fee: Based on engagement scope

Service Period

All Audit & Advisory engagements are provided on an annual retainership basis, renewable yearly by mutual agreement. Final fees are determined by scope, complexity, and specific client requirements.
