- At the time of your initial consultation, you will be required to complete a Nutritional Assessment to find out more about your health history, current eating habits and lifestyle and anything else that may be relevant to help identify the root cause of the issue.
- We will then suggest appropriate changes to your diet and lifestyle that are most suitable for you. Our recommendations are always tailored to your specific needs. We will work jointly with you on your blood sugar goal.
- We also calculate your basal metabolism and your nutrient needs to create a personalised meal plan to give you a structure to follow.
- We advise on any specific testing which may be valuable, review your lab results and guide on what to ask your medical practitioner during visits.
