There was a season in my life where everything looked “fine” on the outside — business, family, motherhood — yet on the inside, I was navigating a silent storm.
I had just stepped into motherhood, my identity was shifting faster than I could process, and I was juggling responsibilities that stretched me emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I felt the weight of wanting to show up for everyone — my husband, my baby, my clients, my dreams — while trying not to lose the version of me I still wanted to become.
There were days I felt strong, and days I felt like I was unraveling.
Days where I held my family together, only to feel myself falling apart privately.
Days of panic eating, exhaustion, guilt, overwhelm — and yet, an unexplainable desire to grow, rebuild, and rise.
But somewhere in the middle of survival, something shifted.
I began documenting my raw thoughts — the messy ones, the honest ones, the painful ones. I started using reflection prompts, self-inquiry questions, and deeper conversations with myself. Slowly, I began to find clarity… then confidence… then identity.
And that’s when I realized something:
What I was surviving, other women were silently surviving too.
Women transitioning into motherhood.
Women trying to keep their dreams alive.
Women balancing homes, businesses, marriages, babies, and responsibilities.
Women who needed a safe space to breathe, think, process, and become.
So I created Midethemom — not as a brand, but as a healing space.
A space for women like me.
A space for women like you.
A space where we can tell our truth.
A space where we realize we’re not alone.
A space where reinvention is not something we wait for — it’s something we create.
This Prompt Vault is born from my own journey of rediscovery — the early mornings, the tired nights, the emotional chaos, the spiritual grounding, the rebuilding of my life one honest question at a time.
This is my gift to the woman you are now
and the woman you are becoming.
May every page remind you that:
You can grow again.
You can rise again.
You can soften again.
You can become again.
And you can reinvent your life — beautifully, intentionally, and powerfully — starting with one honest thought at a time.
Welcome to Mide The Mom™.
Welcome to my story.
And welcome to yours.
