2024 Planning Session with Aramide

I entered 2023 as a new mum, unsure of what the year would hold and how I would achieve all my goals.

In the process of planning for the year, I came across a two goal setting strategies and decided to plan my year using those strategies.

I realised that in 2023, I achieved more than I did in 2022.  My workload and commitments doubled in 2023, but I was still able to achieve 85% of my goals using these strategies.

In these session, I shared 100% about these strategies while being very real about my process and everything that helped me. The most beautiful thing about achieving 85% of my goals in 2023 is that I became a better person in the process. I was able pace myself while staying motivated and tackling procrastination one day at a time.
