THIS THURSDAY
Live Masterclass + Live Q&A + Complete 7Rs Resource Pack + Lifetime Replay Access
Can you clearly explain, step by step, how a first-time visitor in your church eventually becomes a mature disciple…
…then a dependable worker…
…then a capable leader…
…and ultimately someone who can raise other disciples and leaders?
Not your church vision statement.
Not simply the departments you have.
Not the classes you organize.
I mean the actual developmental pathway.
What happens first?
What happens next?
Who is responsible at each stage?
What should the person learn?
How do you know genuine development has taken place?
And what intentionally moves that person to the next stage?
If those questions are difficult to answer, your church may not have a discipleship problem as much as it has a discipleship pathway problem.
Many churches are doing a lot.
Sunday services.
Bible studies.
Membership classes.
Foundations classes.
Small groups.
Workers’ training.
Departments.
Leadership programmes.
These are valuable.
But a person can participate in church activities for years without intentionally progressing from spiritual infancy toward maturity.
They can be…
Present — but not progressing.
Connected — but not rooted.
Serving — but not mature.
Leading — but not reproducing anyone.
And because they continue attending church, we naturally assume development is taking place.
But sometimes…
Your church may already have excellent programmes.
The question isn’t simply:
“What programmes do we have?”
The better question is:
Does your visitor follow-up process lead intentionally into assimilation?
Does assimilation lead into spiritual foundations?
Does spiritual development lead into genuine relationships and community?
Does maturity lead into meaningful service?
Does service develop people toward leadership?
And does leadership ultimately produce people who can raise others?
Because if those connections aren’t clear, you can have several excellent programmes without having one intentional developmental journey.
That’s what I call the missing middle.
People enter through the front door.
Some become members.
A smaller number become workers.
An even smaller number become leaders.
But the developmental journey between those points is often unclear, undocumented and difficult to measure.
My name is Rev. Michael.
I’ve served in pastoral ministry for almost two decades across different ministry environments in Nigeria and Canada.
My conviction about intentional discipleship has been shaped by my own journey as a new believer, years of pastoral ministry and the practical realities of developing people in the local church.
But I didn’t want to rely only on my own experience.
So I asked pastors directly.
I lead an international WhatsApp community of more than 2,000 pastors and ministry leaders from countries including Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, South Africa, Botswana, Jamaica, the United Kingdom and Canada.
The responses to our polls were revealing.
couldn’t confidently account for where their last three first-time visitors were in their developmental journey.
said their churches did not have a clear and efficient pathway from first-time visitor to mature leader.
And only about…
said many people consistently progressed into leadership and went on to raise others.
Think about that.
These aren’t pastors who don’t love God.
They aren’t leaders who don’t care about their people.
Jesus didn’t merely command us to gather people.
In Matthew 28, He commanded us to:
Hebrews 5 describes believers who, considering the time they had spent in the faith, ought to have become teachers, yet still needed elementary instruction.
That means:
And then look at the multiplication pattern Paul gives us in 2 Timothy 2:2:
PAUL → TIMOTHY → FAITHFUL PEOPLE → OTHERS
Paul develops Timothy.
Timothy develops faithful people.
Those faithful people become capable of developing others.
That’s not accidental growth.
That’s intentional multiplication.
And that’s the thinking behind the framework I’m inviting you to learn.
The 7Rs Discipleship Pipeline is a practical, biblical framework built around seven connected developmental stages:
How do we intentionally reach people?
How do we receive, follow up and assimilate them?
How do we establish them in biblical truth, spiritual disciplines and Christian character?
How do we connect them to genuine relationships, pastoral care and Christian community?
How do we prepare and release mature disciples into meaningful service?
How do we develop disciples who become capable of developing others?
How do we reproduce the process across groups, departments, ministries and churches?
The 7Rs isn’t about adding seven new programmes to your church.
During the 7Rs Discipleship Pipeline Live Implementation Masterclass, we’re going beyond simply discussing why discipleship matters.
We already know discipleship matters.
The question is:
For each of the seven stages, you’ll learn how to identify:
✓ THE OUTCOME — What should this stage produce?
✓ THE OWNER — Who should be responsible?
✓ THE PROCESS — What should consistently happen?
✓ THE CURRICULUM — What teaching or resource supports development?
✓ THE TIMEFRAME — What is a realistic period for progression?
✓ THE EVIDENCE — How do we know genuine development has occurred?
✓ THE NEXT STEP — Where should the person go from here?
You’ll begin thinking beyond:
“How many people attended?”
toward:
Your registration includes the live implementation masterclass, complete resource system, Live Q&A and lifetime replay access.
If you know this is an area your church needs to strengthen, secure your place now.

✓ Church Discipleship Scorecard
Identify where your pathway is working — and where people are getting stuck.

These resources aren’t designed merely to increase the number of files on your phone.
Every ministry is different.
Perhaps your challenge is visitor follow-up.
Perhaps people become members but aren’t growing spiritually.
Maybe you have foundations classes, but there’s no clear next step afterward.
Maybe mature members aren’t transitioning into service.
Perhaps workers aren’t becoming leaders.
Or your leaders are serving faithfully but aren’t intentionally raising other leaders.
Maybe you already have all the right programmes…
but they aren’t connected.
That’s why we’re having a LIVE QUESTION & ANSWER SESSION.
Come with one specific discipleship challenge from your church.
You’ll have an opportunity to raise practical questions around the application of the framework.
You don’t have to remember everything taught during the live session.
Your $15 registration includes lifetime access to the masterclass replay.
That means you can:
✓ Revisit the training during implementation
✓ Pause and review individual stages
✓ Return to specific teaching whenever necessary
✓ Rewatch the masterclass as your church develops its pathway
✓ Go through the training later with your leadership team
This isn’t simply something you attend on Thursday.
It becomes a training resource you can continue returning to.

So if you already recognize the gap we’ve been discussing in your church, please don’t leave this page thinking:
“I’ll come back later.”
You know how easily “later” becomes forgotten.
If you’re responsible for developing people in your church and you know the current journey from visitor to mature, multiplying leader could be clearer…
They need an intentional pathway through which they can be:
REACHED.
RECEIVED.
ROOTED.
RELATED.
RELEASED.
DEVELOPED TO REPRODUCE.
AND EQUIPPED TO REPLICATE.
Almost every pastor believes in discipleship.
So the real question isn’t:
“Does your church believe in making disciples?”
The more important question is:
If your answer isn’t yet as clear as you want it to be…
Join me this Thursday.
Come with your Bible.
Come with your notebook.
Come with one real discipleship challenge from your church.
And let’s begin building a clearer pathway from first contact to mature, multiplying leadership.
