WHAT THE ₦5,000 BOOKING PAYMENT DOES

Your booking payment allows us to schedule and coordinate your property inspection with the relevant Caretaker, landlord or property representative.

IMPORTANT

Your selected inspection date and time are

not automatically confirmed after payment. Sharp House Finder will contact you to confirm the available date and time.

Property availability can change at any time.

AFTER PAYMENT

After completing your booking, you will receive the necessary information to proceed with your inspection.

Please make sure your preferred inspection date, time and property details are provided correctly.

REFUND POLICY

If Sharp House Finder cancels the inspection or the property becomes unavailable, your ₦5,000 booking payment will be refunded within 24 hours of the cancellation.

Requests made after the 24-hour refund period may not be eligible for a refund.

However, the ₦5,000 booking payment may be transferred and applied toward another inspection.

If you cancel your inspection, fail to show up, or change your mind after booking, the ₦5,000 booking payment may be non-refundable.
