Prophetic Basics 1

The prophetic dimension is one of the many measures of Christ’s grace expressed through the Church. The last day church is a prophetic church that should naturally operate in the realms of dreams, visions, prophecies, the gifts of the spirits, etc. Within the five-fold ministry gifts to the body of Christ, the Apostles and Prophets have been charged, as steering agents, to equip the saints in this domain.

For a long time in the Body of Christ, these gifts were lost through (1) wrong beliefs (2) wrong church structures, and (3) a pseudo-form of Christianity that emerged. Man, in his desire for the supernatural, began to seek alternative mediums which are at variance with the Word and the ways of God. From the 1980s, the Lord began to restore these gifts to the Church, and we are now stepping into a day where the desire of the Lord for His Church is being fulfilled.

We have been given a mandate by God to raise a prophetic community that would give expression to the measure of the prophetic in Jesus Christ, the head of the church. Our charge is to equip the saints so that they operate fully as the prophetic people they have been created to be, thereby leading to an overall supply to the body of Christ, the nutrient and resources that make for the increase of the body, consequently establishing the body and advancing the frontiers of the kingdom of God. Christ Life Prophetic School is a medium through which this is achieved.
