I believe each of us has been gifted with unique answers to the problems we all face in this world we live in. The more we lean into who we are, the better we are able to solve the pressing problems plaguing our collective prosperity as a people, especially for us in Africa.

I’ve written 'Your 7 Pillars of Personal Leadership Success' based on my experience and the insights I’ve gotten from working with young individuals of African descent, who are passionate about living a life of purpose and making an impact in the world they live in.

Over and again, I see a unique passion in the eyes of my young African friends who want to make a difference. I see the unrealised dreams; the desire to live a better life than the ones they were born into. The desire to become a person of influence, someone worth knowing, someone who can touch and impact the lives of others. I see the desire to rise above the prevalent environmental limitations common in African and developing nations.

In my interactions with my young friends over the last couple of years, I’ve heard that same (or similar) phrase over and over again: “I just want to make an impact. I want the lives of others to be better because of me”. This need is something that should not be left unfulfilled. But unfortunately, it is, for a lot of individuals. I don't want that to continue. I want to help, and maybe right now, I am helping. YOU.
