This therapy space is for individuals who want clarity, healing, and alignment.

Not because something is “wrong” with them, but because they are ready to understand themselves more honestly.

Session Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Program Length: 3 weeks (1 session per week)

Format: One-on-one

Approach: Christian-based, emotionally reflective, identity-focused

THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAM

This program is designed to help you:

• Understand your emotional patterns and inner world
• Identify how your past is influencing your present choices
• Clarify your values, boundaries, and desires
• Reconnect with God’s perspective of who you are
• Make decisions from clarity, not confusion or fear

Self-discovery is not selfish.

WEEK 1: AWARENESS, IDENTITY & EMOTIONAL MAPPING

The first session focuses on slowing down.

Many people move through life reacting without understanding themselves.

Focus areas:

• Exploring your emotional landscape and current life season
• Identifying recurring thoughts, behaviors, and reactions
• Understanding how past experiences shaped your self-image
• Separating who you are from who you had to become to cope
• Faith-based grounding around identity and worth

The goal is awareness, not judgment.

WEEK 2: PATTERNS, BOUNDARIES & INNER HEALING

This session gently goes deeper.

Patterns exist for a reason. We explore them without shame.

Focus areas:

• Relationship and emotional patterns
• People-pleasing, avoidance, fear, or self-doubt
• Identifying weak or missing boundaries
• Healing internal conflicts and unresolved wounds
• Biblical perspective on self-worth, rest, and responsibility

This session often brings clarity and emotional release.

WEEK 3: ALIGNMENT, DIRECTION & INTENTIONAL LIVING

The final session focuses on integration.

Understanding yourself is only powerful if it leads to intentional living.

Focus areas:

• Clarifying values and life direction
• Aligning faith, emotions, and daily choices
• Learning how to respond instead of react
• Creating healthy internal and external boundaries
• Developing a personal growth and self-care plan

The aim is not perfection.

It’s alignment and peace.
