FILL YOUR SEATS

A 10-Day Enrolment Challenge for School Owners

Your seats are not empty because parents cannot afford you.

That is the story most school owners settle on, because it is the only one that does not require anything of us.

Sometimes it is true. More often it is not.

There are only three reasons a seat stays empty. Families do not know you exist. Families genuinely cannot pay.

Or families know you, can pay, and choose the school down the road anyway.

Those are three different problems with three different solutions. Most owners spend a whole enrolment cycle solving the wrong one.

They print more flyers when the problem is that nobody answered the phone. They cut fees when the problem is that nothing about

the school explained why the fees were what they were.

Ten days from now you will know which one you have.

What this actually is

Ten weekday sessions. A lesson lands in a private WhatsApp group each morning. You do the work on your own school, with your own

numbers, and you post it in the group. I respond to you directly.

There is one worksheet per day and you keep all of them. You also get the full fillable edition of The Irresistible School.

Day 10 is a live call, where the ten pieces assemble into one position and I take them one by one.

About forty five minutes a day.

You do not need a marketing team. You do not need a designer. You do not need an advertising budget.

You need your enquiry records and a willingness to look at them honestly.

The Ten days

Each day ends with something written down. Not notes. A document with your school's name on it.

Day 1. The honest audit. How many families enquired last cycle. How many visited. How many enrolled. Most owners have never written those three numbers next to each other. The gap between them tells you which of the three problems you have. You leave with your real funnel numbers, on paper.

Day 2. Who your school is actually for. A school that serves everybody is chosen by nobody. The families you serve best have something in common. You have probably never named it out loud. You leave with that family described in writing.

Day 3. The question parents are really asking. Parents do not choose on curriculum or facilities. They choose on a quieter question they will never ask you to your face. Every claim on your signboard either answers that question or wastes their attention. You leave with a list of what to stop saying.

Day 4. Your difference, named. This is the hardest day and it is the one you came for. Sameness is why parents fall back on price. You leave with one sentence, no adjectives, that no neighbouring school could honestly copy.

Day 5. The proof problem. Every school claims excellence, so parents have learned to discount claims entirely. What they cannot discount is evidence. Results. Named parents. Where your alumni went. How long your teachers have stayed. You leave with an evidence inventory and the three easiest pieces to gather this month.

Day 6. Where enquiries leak. Someone your school does not know will make an enquiry, and you will time the response. Owners routinely discover their own school takes three or four days to answer a parent. Some discover it never answers at all. This is the day people talk about afterwards, and for a good number of schools it is the whole problem. You leave with your enrolment journey mapped and the leak found.

Day 7. The visit. The campus tour converts more families than every flyer you have ever printed, and almost no school has designed one. Who greets her. What she sees first. What her child does while she talks. What she leaves holding. You leave with a written tour protocol.

Day 8. Fees, value, and the money conversation. Sometimes your fees are genuinely out of reach. More often the parent was never given enough value to justify the number. How to present fees. How to answer the price objection without discounting. How to hold your fees in a hard economy without losing your best families. You leave with a script.

Day 9. Keep the seats you have. A withdrawal costs more than a failed enquiry. You lose the revenue, and you gain a family explaining to other families why they left. Retention is the cheapest enrolment there is. You leave with your retention risks named and a plan for the families most likely to go.

Day 10. Live call. Assembly. The ten pieces become one position. We go through them together and I tell you what to do first, second and third when the challenge ends. You leave with a sequenced plan, not a pile of worksheets.

Who this is for

School owners, directors and proprietors of private, faith-based and international schools who have seats they intended to fill and did not.

It is built for the owner who runs the school and carries the enrolment problem personally.

Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Egypt, the Gulf, the Caribbean and the United States are all represented in this work.

You will get the most from this if you have been open at least one full academic year and can find your enquiry records.

What this is not

This is not a course you watch.

This is not a bundle of templates with your school's name dropped in.

This is not a marketing challenge about posting more on Instagram.

This is not a rebrand. Nobody is going to hand you a new logo.

If your school's problem turns out to be the economic one, you will hear that from me on Day 1, not on Day 9.

Dates and deadline

Sessions run weekdays only. This runs as a live cohort.

There is no rolling intake, because the group works only when everybody is on the same day.

After you pay

You receive the WhatsApp group link and your first worksheet by email within a few hours of purchase.

Join the group before 21 September. Day 1 lands in the group that morning.

Refund policy

Full refund if you request it any time before the end of Day 1. After Day 1, no refunds.

You will have seen the work by then and you will know.

About Mary Orji

I hold an M.Ed in Administration and Planning and I have spent over twenty years in K-12 leadership.

I advise school owners across Africa, the Gulf, the Caribbean and the United States through Call2Teach Consulting,

and I write as The Global School Maven.

I have sat with owners who were about to cut fees they did not need to cut, and with owners whose enquiries were being

answered four days late by a gateman with a notebook. The work in these ten days is the work I do with private clients,

run as a group so that more schools can reach it.

Ten days. One position. Seats that fill because the right families finally understand what you are.
