An independent adversarial read of one MEL artifact — a results framework, logframe, evaluation report section, or evidence synthesis, up to ~15 pages. Your document is read the way a funder's results desk and an external evaluator will read it, with particular attention to where AI in the workflow has broken the chain from reported result back to source record. Deliverable: a written hardening memo (PDF + markdown) within five working days of confirmed scope.
