Christianity is a spiritual experience, and without the person of the Holy Spirit, we cannot live out that life or have that spiritual experience. He is the Life of every believer. He is your Engine. In this crooked and perverse world, we need the Holy Spirit to survive. We cannot afford to relegate the Holy Spirit. He is always reliable, always dependable. He will instruct you. He will straighten you. When there is a concern over your body, He will heal you. He will wipe away your tears and strengthen you to move ahead. What a Person! Why should anyone trade him for anything?
When Jesus walked the earth, He was restricted in His reach. While He was in Galilee, He could not be in Sidon at the same time nor could He be in Jericho at the same time when He was in Capernaum. But with the coming of the Holy Spirit, we carry Him everywhere we go and as He is with one, He is also with another. He will never leave you (John 14:16 TLB).
The Holy Spirit is your first and best friend. He is your advantage. Everyone may leave but He will never leave you. As a believer, you should never envy an unbeliever. He doesn’t have what you have. It is a reality. Often, we think the Holy Spirit will only tell us nice things but that is not how it happens. His assignment is to lead you in the right path, however inconvenient it may seem at that moment.
Everyone that owns a property protects the property.
You are the property of the Holy Spirit!
