The 30-Day Job Application Marathon is a live implementation and accountability program for job-ready professionals who want to pursue remote, hybrid, on-site, freelance and international opportunities with more focus.

For 30 days, you will use protected application time, verified opportunities, guided career tools and practical coaching to move from scattered applications to a documented system.

You will not simply watch lessons and hope to implement later.

You will search, prepare, apply, follow up and track your progress throughout the month.

The 30-Day Job Application Marathon is a live job-search implementation program.

It is not a passive course, a done-for-you application service or a promise of employment.

During the month, participants meet on Zoom to work on real applications from their own computers. We facilitate the application room, tracks attendance and daily targets, answers process questions.

No job, interview or response is guaranteed.

What happens inside the live application rooms

You join Zoom and apply from your own computer.

The facilitator helps the room:

1. Set an application goal for the session.
2. Record attendance and participation.
3. Run timed focus blocks.
4. Resolve basic navigation and process questions.
5. Escalate coaching questions to Chinyere.
6. Collect application totals, responses and blockers.
7. Remind participants to update Career Studio before leaving.

The application tracker—not memory or WhatsApp messages—becomes the primary record of your progress.

Monday–Friday: 7:00 PM WAT

Saturday: 3:00 PM WAT

Session length: approximately two hours

Platform: Zoom

Saturday supports participants in different time zones. Sunday sessions are not included.

Late enrollment closes Thursday, October 1st at 11:59 PM WAT. Late entrants receive the available orientation material but the cohort still ends October 31.

What happens after the 30 days

The cohort WhatsApp group remain available for peer support and announcements, but it does not create an expectation of unlimited founder coaching.

Your tracker record and saved work remain part of your job-search history according to the platform’s access rules.

You can continue independently or enroll in a future Marathon cycle for renewed live accountability, coaching and a new cohort allowance.
