The FlowMate Talent Virtual Assistant Live Masterclass is a structured, four-week online training programme designed to help aspiring Virtual Assistants build practical administrative, executive support, customer service, and digital workplace skills.
This is not just a programme where you watch tutorials and receive a certificate.
We focus on helping you understand how Virtual Assistants support businesses, practise real-world tasks, receive personalised feedback, and prepare to present your skills professionally.

Apply what you learn through realistic business scenarios, including meeting coordination, CRM management, customer support, research, project coordination, and automation.
3. Personalised Assignment Feedback
Your assignments are submitted through our student portal and reviewed individually. You'll receive feedback to help you understand what you've done well and what needs improvement.
