The Senior PM Bootcamp is a live, two-day virtual program for African mid-level PMs who want to understand the gap between mid-level and Senior PM roles on the continent—and what to do about it.

This is a practical, grounded session built around your real situation, your real company, and your specific gap.

By the end of Day 2, you will:

• Know exactly which of the three PM profiles you’re operating as right now—and what it’s costing you.
• Map the specific environmental forces shaping what “Senior PM” looks like in your organisation.
• Understand what judgment looks like in practice, and how to build it deliberately through three daily habits.
• Know the difference between execution and ownership at the level where it becomes visible to your manager.
• Leave with a written strategic memo—your first unsolicited point of view on a real problem in your product area—plus a 30-day plan to execute when you’re back at work on Monday.
