The Winepress Mentoring Program w/ Dr. OBA - ONLINE
The Winepress (TW) Mentoring Experience is a flagship offering of the TSG Global Training & Leadership Institute, designed for individuals between the ages of 18–30.
In this cohort, participants embarked on the "Journey of Phanerōsis - the manifestation of who you already are."
The Winepress does not create the wine; it reveals what was already inside the grape.
The mentoring experience is a transformative journey of intentional growth, identity discovery, and divine alignment. It is designed for individuals who sense there is more within them than what is currently expressed, and who are ready to engage in the process that brings that depth into manifestation.
Through a guided structure of teaching, reflection, and activation, TW leads participants to confront limiting patterns, strengthen their internal foundation, and align their lives with a greater clarity and direction.
This was delivered as an 8-day intensive experience. Participants were paired with Accountability Partners (APs), recognising the power of growing with someone who offers consistency, encouragement, and support. In addition, each participant was assigned a mentor to provide guidance and help navigate their new season of growth.

- Discovering the hidden principles that have been shaping your results long before you became aware of them.

- Examining the stories you have carried about yourself and identifying which ones no longer define you.
🔅 DAY 4: The Power of His Presence
- Cultivating awareness of God’s presence as the foundation for clarity, wisdom, and fulfilment - beyond what money or relationships can provide.

- Understanding pressure as a revealing force that exposes the gap between who you are and where you are, reframing seasons of pressure as seasons of revelation.
🔅 DAY 6: The Architecture of Identity
- Exploring the pillars of identity - your origin, design, knowledge, purpose, vision, calling, and divine mandate.
🔅 DAY 7: Understanding Your Design & Governing Your Life
- Discovering your unique wiring and developing the internal systems required to lead and steward your life effectively.
🔅 DAY 8: Commissioning the Future
- Stepping forward with clarity, conviction, and a framework for intentional living in alignment with your purpose in Christ.
