By the end of this session, you will:

• Have a clear understanding of why their current resume isn’t working
• Walk away with a revised or recommended resume direction
• Know where and how to search for jobs strategically
• Gain confidence for interviews (with real practice)
• Receive a personalized job search follow-up kit

✅ Clarity & Resume Review

What we check:

• Format (is it ATS-compliant?)
• Keywords (does it match job description language?)
• Content (is it role-based or duty-based?)
• Language/tone (is it achievement-focused?)
• Gaps, missing metrics, unclear titles

During the session:

• Walk you through areas to fix
• Use a visual example or side-by-side comparison if possible
• Provide live suggestions and allow a few moments for questions

✅ Job Search Plan

Topics to cover:

• Where to search (LinkedIn, Job Bank, Indeed, Glassdoor)
• How to track applications (Job Tracker template)
• Smart application methods (customizing resume, follow-up emails, networking strategy)
• How to tailor resumes for each application (use job description as your guide)

Map out:

• 3 job titles you should focus on
• 2–3 platforms you should stick with
• Set a daily/weekly target (e.g., 5 quality applications per week)
