Refund Policy

We know plans change, so here's how refunds work: if you need to cancel, you can request a full refund within 24–48 hours of your payment. After that window, tickets are non-refundable — this helps us confirm final numbers with speakers, mentors, and venue partners in time to make the day work for everyone in the room.

If something comes up before the event, please reach out as early as possible — while we can't refund outside the window, we're happy to talk through options like transferring your seat to someone else.
