Have you ever masturbated before? Care to compare notes? Recently, a lot of young people have come out of the closet about their struggles with masturbation. Perhaps you have read and heard ‘respectable’ persons dismiss the matter with a wave of the hand. This gives me cause to worry as there are many who are already misled and who will become enslaved to this ravaging monster.

People of all ages and categories are vulnerable. Men, women, boys, girls, teens, married, singles, divorcees, old, young, spiritual, pagan, professionals, intellectuals, bound or free indulge in it. Why is this so?

That’s why I have written this book to explore the ‘it’, ‘why’, ‘how-to-quit’ plans to escape this menacing vice plaguing human persons with and without their permission.
