Frustration is terrible. It is a cankerworm that destroys potentials, dreams and destines. Frustration can destabilize any minister and wind up any ministry.

When frustration sets in, ministry becomes a burden. What used to excite you about service and ministry suddenly becomes a nightmare.

The causes of frustration in ministry are many.

They include: absence of a clear vision, rumour, disloyal assistants, lack of money, lack of anointing, satanic attack, intimidation, instability at the home front, loneliness etc.

Living with frustration in ministry is living with a serial killer. That is why everything necessary must be done to overcome it.
