On Christmas day, in the year of our Lord 2022; Nigeria and the rest of planet Earth were swept beneath a great storm of ice; a disaster that would later claim millions of lives and property. Wura and her siblings are suddenly thrust into a whole new world of danger the likes of which have never been seen, nor experienced on the continent of West Africa.

Neither of their parents is present to protect and guide them, and the first wave of this deadly, sub-zero weather phenomenon slowly creeps towards them. Wura takes on a difficult responsibility to ensure that she and her siblings (plus friends) survive until the next wave hits.
