Mbre Inyang is an experienced educator, counselor, and author who has dedicated part of his career to understanding the complexities of adolescent development. With a background in child development and years of hands-on experience working with teens and their families, Mbre brings a wealth of knowledge and empathy to this book. His approach is grounded in research and several years of experience but presented in an accessible and engaging manner, making this guide both informative and easy to read.

As a certified Marriage counselor he has appeared on various Religious talk shows and interviews on Building a Christian Home, Family Leadership, and Handling Tough Times in families. He is a passionate promoter of godly marriages and families, founded on Christian principles. His voice has been added to the call for family life to be filled with fun, order, love, and godliness. He has shared this thought within Nigeria and Diaspora. He is also a member of “Father on Purpose” community program anchored by “Manhood Journey” based in Louisville, Kentucky.

He holds Master Degree in Computer Science and Cyber security from the University of Sunderland in the UK,, a Microsoft System Certified Engineer, CompTIA Security+ Expert and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional

The remarkable academic performances and admirable behaviour of his children, coupled with an unending aura of love and synergy with his wife, have caused many to ask for his recipe for a great home. He is married to a lovely and amazing woman, a medical doctor, Imaobong Mbre Inyang, and they are blessed with four children:
