Statistics has it that there are 45 medical schools in the UK that are recognized and registered with the medical schools council. Five of such schools are in Scotland, two in Wales, two in Northern Ireland, and the remaining thirty-six schools are in England.

As only 1 in 3 medical applications will be successful, it is a great idea to not only know what the process entails but also to prepare well enough if you are hoping to get into one of them.
