— Temporary furnished accommodation booking (our fee covers the sourcing & coordination service — accommodation itself is billed separately at cost)

Payment terms:

— Deposit: KES 38,000 — due at booking, secures your slot and begins your permit guidance

— Balance: KES 57,000 — due before house viewings and lease review begin

— Deposit is non-refundable once work has started; fully refundable if cancelled before your consultation.
