The International Mediators Association (IMA) is dedicated to promoting mediation and conflict resolution worldwide through training, mentoring, and professional development. It also serves as a forum for professional support, networking, and continuous learning for mediators and other conflict resolution practitioners.

FIMA is intended for individuals who hold a certificate or qualification in any area of conflict resolution, including mediation, arbitration, peacebuilding, restorative justice, and related fields.

AIMA is designed for students, aspiring practitioners, and anyone with an interest in conflict resolution who wishes to engage with and learn from the professional community.

Subscriptions for both FIMA and AIMA are renewable annually, enabling subscribers to maintain their professional affiliation and continue benefiting from IMA's resources, opportunities, and network.
