RESET: From Emotional Overwhelm to Peace, Clarity & Alignment

There comes a point when carrying on isn't the same as being okay.

You keep showing up. You manage the home, support everyone around you, meet deadlines, and carry responsibilities that no one else sees.

Yet underneath it all, you're tired.

Not the kind of tired that sleep fixes.

The kind that comes from years of putting yourself last.

RESET is a faith-rooted, 2-night online experience designed for women who are ready to stop running on empty and create space to breathe again.

Through guided reflection, journaling, coaching exercises, and practical emotional wellbeing tools, you'll have the opportunity to pause, release what feels heavy, reconnect with yourself and God, and gain clarity for your next season.

During this experience, you will:

• Understand what is contributing to your overwhelm

• Create space to process thoughts and emotions safely

• Reconnect with your needs, values, and identity

• Learn practical tools to support emotional wellbeing

• Develop a personal plan for moving forward with clarity and confidence

This is not therapy.

This is not another course telling you to do more.

This is a gentle space to pause, reflect, and reset.
