6-Week Virtual Leadership Development Program for Teens & Tweens

Your child may already play sports, excel in school, or enjoy hobbies that build discipline, but one of the most important investments you can make in their future is leadership development.

This leadership bootcamp is a 6-week interactive program designed to help teens and tweens build the mindset and skills they need to thrive not just academically, but in every area of life.

Program Schedule

• Duration: 6 weeks
• Day & Time: Saturdays, 10:00 AM –12:00 PM EST
• Format: 2-hour live virtual sessions (interactive, engaging, practical)
• Age Group: Teens & Tweens, 11–17 years old
• Structure: Each week focuses on a leadership theme, combining teaching, breakout discussions, and fun activities. The program concludes with a celebration showcase, where participants present their personal leadership projects to family and peers.
