Interviews like any major event have to be properly planned and prepared for. If you have been on a job search for quite a while and have been attending interviews without success, you probably are not giving your best at the interviews, and it is time to sit through a Mock session with an HR Leader like myself.

Let's go through a session where I work with you on the following:

1. Create a compelling "about yourself" statement to set a positive tone at the interview
2. Create an engaging Career story that articulates who you are, your work experience, and your unique value proposition.
3. Learn how to Communicate with zeal, self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm at the interview
4. Learn to articulate your skills, competencies, experience, and accomplishments using the STAR approach
5. Learn how to answer the tough and tricky interview questions.
6. Learn the right questions to ask at the interview

We will run through a proper interview demo session together, I will listen for the gaps, give feedback and assessment, and then Coach you on the areas to be worked on. we will then do a re-run.

This service lasts for 2 hours, to properly go through all the areas of improvement to satisfaction.
