Payment terms:

— Milestone 1 — KES 104,000 (40%): due at booking, work begins immediately

— Milestone 2 — KES 78,000 (300%): due on your arrival / move-in date

— Milestone 3 — KES 78,000 (30%): due on completion of your 30-day concierge period

— Milestone 1 is non-refundable once work has started. Third-party costs (movers, furnishing, staff wages) are billed separately at cost.
