Enter the fascinating adventures of Kutan through ten compelling stories.
Kutan was a parrot that lived with his master for many years. The master, Kula, was the best storyteller in his village known as Laranta. He was old and had told several stories. His best student was Kutan, his parrot. The parrot learnt the act of speaking from his master. Kula loved talking to Kutan.
Kula didn’t have children. His old wife died some years ago. He lived alone in a forest. People went to him and listened to his stories. He told his parrot most of his stories before he died. He also told the parrot to share with children in different villages.
Kutan was ready with many stories. He needed to fulfil Kula’s last wish. Many people wept when Kula died because they loved his stories. He had earlier informed some people about the role of Kutan in continuing with his storytelling. “Kutan has most of my stories. Listen to him.” That was his last message. It was strange to the people that a bird was the one to continue with the work of Kula.
