THE 4-DAY JOURNEY

DAY 1 - HOW THE STOCK MARKET WORKS

Understand the Nigerian stock market, how stocks make money, the NGX, buying and selling stocks, what drives prices, investing vs trading, different ways to invest and common mistakes new investors make.

DAY 2 - FINDING QUALITY COMPANIES

Learn fundamental analysis, financial statements, revenue, profit, cash flow, debt, key ratios, growth opportunities and red flags. We'll also introduce technical analysis, trends, support, resistance and candlesticks.

DAY 3 - DECIDE WHAT TO BUY & HOW MUCH TO INVEST

Learn a practical stock selection process, intrinsic value, valuation, margin of safety and different investment approaches. You'll also learn how to compare opportunities, think about position sizing and build a balanced portfolio.

DAY 4 - FROM RESEARCH TO INVESTMENT DECISION

Bring the complete investment process together through a step-by-step analysis of a Nigerian company, including its business, financial performance, growth and risks. You'll be able to estimate what the stock may be worth, compare value with market price, develop an investment thesis and think through whether to buy, wait or walk away. You'll also be able to create your Personal NGX Investment Process & 90-Day Action Plan.
