CORE DELIVERABLES
1) Psychotherapy and psycho-education on stress management, overcoming depression, anxiety, fatigue and healing from trauma.
2) Access to our two monthly sessions 45mins to 1hour sessions for intensive therapy.
3) Engagement with clinical psychologists in a safe space.
4) Get psychological support to mental health problems such as depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress.
REMOTE AND IN-PERSON COUNSELING SERVICES
Get our remote and in-person 3 to 6 counseling sessions focused on your immediate psychosocial needs to enable you develop emotional coping strategies, social skills and communication skills as well decision making and problem solving skills.
FAMILY SUPPORT GROUP
We offer family support for family members, friends and caregivers of individuals living with mental health challenges.
