Loses are part of the game, but we focus on profits and losses because we imagine how well our lives will become when we have that big break that will solve all our money problems. Loses are important as it’s constantly remind us that we are not in control of the market, but the beautiful thing is we are in control of ourselves.

So we determine the amount of loses we like to take.

Before starting my trading day here are some of the questions I like to ask myself.

How much am I willing to lose today?
