HOW TO USE IT

Replace the clearly marked DEMO inputs, complete the client brief and scope, schedule your payment milestones, then record assets, changes and receipts as the project moves forward. Amber cells are editable; pale blue cells calculate.

COMPATIBILITY & LIMITS

The workbook is designed for Microsoft Excel. Tracking tabs have 50 rows each; the quote calculator has 10 work lines. Use one currency across the workbook. PDF typing and saving require a reader that supports AcroForm fields; forms can also be printed.

The kit requires manual updates. It does not send invoices or reminders, process payments, provide clients or replace a legal contract or tax tool. Examples are fictional; no income or sales results are promised.
