These gods did not fight for freedom; they fought for dominion. They desired a world in which humanity would bow before them, where men and women would build temples in their names, offer sacrifices upon their altars, and surrender their wealth to satisfy their endless hunger for worship. They wanted humanity to fear them, depend on them, and mistake their power for divinity.

The Almighty had created humanity to know Him, serve Him, and live beneath His righteous authority. However, the rebellious gods viewed humanity as a source of power to be exploited. Every offering meant influence. Every sacrifice bound another soul through fear and deception. Every temple raised in their honor strengthened their hold over the mortal world. Lucifer had promised them everything they desired, but his rebellion had failed.

Now, Lucifer was cast into Hell, and the gods who had supported him were left to face the consequences of their betrayal. They should have surrendered. They should have bowed before the Almighty and sought forgiveness. Instead, they chose another path. They conspired in the shadows to free Lucifer from Hell, believing they could finish the war in secret. And they aided Lucifer in breaking free from Hell and waging war on humanity.

But the Almighty saw what the gods thought they had concealed. He witnessed the secret meetings, the renewed covenants, and their attempts to corrupt humanity. In response, the Almighty issued a command to Michael to hunt them down and slay them all. The fury of Michael was unleashed, and the gods were forced to flee and hide.

The angels began their march, and Archangel Michael embarked on the greatest hunt in the history of creation.

The time of the gods is over. The era of man had begun.
