2. Complete the Practical Exercises Working with a self-selected group, complete all exercises provided at the end of the syllabus linked to this registration.

3. Prepare a Reflective Journal Write a 500-word journal reflecting on:

• The knowledge and skills acquired from the video lectures and exercises
• Key lessons learned during the training
• Your plan for applying these mediation and conflict resolution skills in practice

4. Record a 10-Step Mediation Demonstration Using your own voice, produce a video demonstrating the 10-Step Mediation process, modeled after the example below:
